I hate laughing at tragedy, but I just can’t help it. Next to sticking your finger in the end of a gun, this is probably the most often repeated cartoon gag.

According to DNA Info, a worker inspected a gas line with a tool that should be familiar to any fan of Bugs Bunny or the Three Stooges: a lit match. Not only that, he was working in the part of the school best known for comical explosions: the Chemistry lab.

Just another prime example of how awarding contracts to the lowest bidder with political connections isn’t a good idea. Or perhaps it proves that depriving children of violent cartoons lets them grow up developmentally disabled. On the bright side, he did get that demolition work done in record time.
