An FBI policy change from 2014 raises a question over whether the Clinton investigation ever sought a conviction.

The Congressional Testimony of James Comey revealed that there was no tape, oath, transcript, nor notes, made during the three and a half hour FBI interview of Hillary Clinton. It makes you wonder what they were talking about. Perhaps the interview was also about Clinton’s grandchildren.

It also directly conflicts with FBI policy. Back in 2014 Eric Holder announced that all suspects’ interviews would be videotaped. So the fact that Hillary’s interview wasn’t taped implies that she was never a suspect.

The rules call for videotaping, but if cameras are not available, agents can audiotape their interviews, Cole told the prosecutors. “Electronic recording will begin as soon as the subject enters the interview area or room and will continue until the interview is completed,” the rules state.

Or perhaps they knew she was suspect, and didn’t want to charge her. Because simply lying to the FBI is a crime, regardless of an oath. Since it’s virtually impossible for Hillary to talk without lying, they didn’t want evidence of the multiple crimes they knew were about to happen.

Dennis Hastert, Martha Stewart, and Scooter Libby were all convicted for lying to the FBI, rather than any actual crime. Since it’s easier to convict someone for a lie than a crime, they use the interview process as a way of tripping people up. The fact that they didn’t record or transcribe her interview, means they had no intention of convicting her.

So where does that leave us? Hillary isn’t actually a criminal, just incompetent. She posesses the same amount of tech savvy, as other Grandparents. Which could explain why, as Secretary of State, she thought she had opened new diplomatic relations with the Prince of Nigeria. (And unlike the rest of the senior citizens who forwarded that Windows eMail, Bil Gates actually gave her $25million.)

Finally, with the way she handles Classified Documents, we can all rest assured that her Administration will truly be, the most transparent Administration in History.
